Shipping & Returns

Please ensure that any returns have the number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse.

When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping costs. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs. Special circumstances may require partnership with corporate business partners. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Once we ship your package, we will send you the tracking number if available. Package translation time normally takes 5-7 working days by EMS or 3 to 5 business days by DHL, UPS or TNT, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond the control service. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.
